According to the founder and Managing Director, Gabriella Azonabor, Riella Direct is addressing an emerging need and establishing a new culture of online shopping and delivery which will have a strong positive impact on customer attraction and retention Rielladirect.com’s offers range from cloths, electronics shopping and home delivery to such items as food, gifts, wedding registry, office/home moving and other errand services.

Explaining the rationale for the new focus, Azonabor said: “We believe a lot of people are busy and seek modern solutions that save them time. Riella Direct was founded to redefine the shopping experience with an innovative alternative, so our customers can get what they need from their favourite stores, when they need it without having to go through the hassle of google.”

Riella Direct is a package of several massive benefits for its users. The platform allows customers to select and pay for items online or on delivery, then either picks them up at the store or have the items delivered to their doorsteps.

The services offered are housed in mini sites with catchy names, which include food court, gift lounge, Riellaonline (shopping mall), wedding registry, speedy movers and errand express. Azonabor explained that through the Gift Lounge and Wedding Registry services, the concept of “personal shopping” comes alive.

“The objective is that by having personal shoppers select items based on your preferences, create that human link which makes the internet more personal. Customers could as well choose to purchase gift cards,” she said.
