Chaste Inegbedion nominated for Corporate Excellence Award at 12th GAHA Awards

Sanicle.cloud’s Chief Period Officer, Chaste Inegbedion, has been nominated for the prestigious Corporate Excellence Award at the 12th edition of the GAHA Awards. This year’s theme, “Celebrating Excellence & Innovation,” recognises trailblazing individuals and organisations demonstrating exceptional leadership, innovation, and measurable impact.

Chaste’s nomination highlights his groundbreaking work in advancing menstrual and menopausal health solutions for women in the workplace. These initiatives address a critical gap in employee wellness, equipping employers with strategies to foster inclusivity, improve productivity, reduce absenteeism, and enhance workplace satisfaction. By prioritising women’s reproductive health, organisations not only support their employees but also strengthen their competitive edge in attracting and retaining talent.

“Menstrual and menopausal health solutions are not just wellness programmes—they are essential to equitable workplace policies,” said Chaste. “By adopting these initiatives, employers can lead the charge in creating supportive and inclusive environments for all.”

This year, Chaste has championed these efforts on global stages, including the UN General Assembly, the Annual IMF and World Bank Meetings, and a Paris conference on gender equity in Montpellier. As the world anticipates the World Economic Forum in Davos this January, Chaste calls for greater collaboration among civil society, corporate, and government leaders to prioritise workplace wellness. He also emphasises the role of platforms like the World Bank Accountability Mechanism and the Aliko Dangote Fellows in fostering this dialogue.

Chaste is organising a side event at the UN Commission on the Status of Women to spotlight innovative approaches to workplace wellness and equity. This gathering aims to unite diverse stakeholders to align strategies for investing in women’s reproductive health in the workplace.

“The medical enterprise, supported by public and private investment, should focus on creating the healthiest population possible,” Chaste noted. “We need health systems, insurers, venture capitalists, providers, philanthropists, and regulators to dedicate resources to cutting-edge science, embrace new care models, address workforce challenges, and promote market competition—all while supporting quality healthcare for everyone.”

In a world shaped by geopolitical shifts and economic pressures, Chaste’s leadership exemplifies the critical alignment of business strategies with human-centered solutions. Through Sanicle.cloud, he continues to drive forward-thinking initiatives that position women’s health at the heart of the future of work.
