The Secret Lives of Baba Segi’s Wives in theaters

The stage adaptation of The Secret Lives of Baba Segi’s Wives, Lola Shoneyin’s entertaining debut novel, will be in the theatres in Lagos from 28th October to 11 November 2018.

The novel focuses on the intrigues, struggles, politics of love and rivalries that characterise a typical African polygamous family.

The story follows Baba Segi and the happenings in his household, and could easily rank as one of the best books out of Nigeria.

Staged in Abeokuta four years ago with Nollywood stars such as Adesua Etomi and Joke Silva taking lead roles, features humour, live music and dance performed by a stellar cast.

The new adaptation by Sourmash Stories will be live at The Luxe@Adam&Eve on 28th October; Terr Kulture Arena 1 on 4th November and Muson Centre on 8th, 9th and 11th November.  Tickets to the event are available here.
