Dj Neptune, others takeover Trace video mix
The weekend just got a lot more interesting and riveting for Afro-Urban music lovers across Africa with TRACE’s new video mix integration.
For years, the No.1 Afro-Urban entertainment channel in Nigeria, TRACE Naija has served music enthusiasts across the country and continent with tunes from the biggest, newest and freshest Artistes to ever record on different genres of music ranging from Afrobeats, Hip- Hop, RnB, Afropop to mention a few.
The edutainment company which is focused on educating, entertaining and empowering its youthful audience through content has introduced a new program on its channel called the ‘Trace Dj video mix’. This new development is phasing off the old Paris-based DJ, VocalTeknix’ mixes that played on the channel for years.
Starting from the first weekend in March, the new DJ mixes only feature and showcase homegrown African DJs.
World famous, dj Neptune; hits the ball rolling for March with his Live video mixes showing on Trace Naija channel 325 every Fridays at 8PM WAT and Saturdays at 10PM WAT.
Speaking on the new development, the MD of Trace Anglophone West Africa, Samo Onyemelukwe mentioned “This new integration is a great development for our homegrown African DJs who deserve the global recognition has much as their recording counterparts. With Trace Video mix; we are introducing Music Video as an Art in different dimensions. You can be out on the weekend and at your favorite lounge and with the absence of a DJ in your ambience, you can tune the TV to Trace Naija and have a great night.”
The organization is not slowing down anytime soon. Trace has promised to introduce more enthralling, captivating and engrossing developments in the coming weeks.
