Lagos pastor Tunde Bakare on Friday visited President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa in Abuja.
His visit came less than a week after he said the country is under “political hypnosis” and called for “true progressives” to “take back” the country. Bakare was Buhari’s running mate in the 2011 presidential elections.
““Fellow Nigerians, I’m here to announce to you that the time has come for the true progressives to arise, say enough is enough to political hypnosis,” said while preaching at his church in Lagos last Sunday.
