A 2012 law graduate of Madonna University, Anambra State, Ms Ejime, who was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2014, was joined at the recent graduation at the Rose Theatre, Kingston, London by her parents and siblings.

Deputy Vice Chancellor (Operations) and university secretary, Mr Matthew Hilton, urged the graduating students to always uphold the Kingston tradition of tolerance, academic excellence and respect for cultural diversity.

He also charged them to maintain effective relationship with their alma mater and other alumni in their future endeavours counselling them to always bear in mind that, “your origin does not determine your destination.”

Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law, Prof. Ron Tuninga, in his remarks enjoined the graduates to work with industry and commitment, and to make a difference as they seek out new opportunities in the globalising world.

He also admonished them to remain in close touch with the school, and strive to advance its legacy by networking with other Kingston alumni across the world.
