Olajide to deliver Babcock varsity’s convocation lecture
American-based Nigerian entrepreneur, Mr. John Olajide, will deliver Babcock University’s 2Oth convocation lecture billed to hold July 31 at the institution’s campus in llisan-Remo, Ogun State.
In a statement made available to The Guardian, Olajide is the founder and CEO of Axxess, a reputable global care technology company headquartered in Texas, Dallas, in the United States.
In 2020, Olajide was the youngest chairman of Dallas Regional Chamber’s board of directors and executive committee that successfully led the Dallas Business community through the COVID-19 pandemic with remarkable achievements.
He serves on the board of the Presidential Precinct in the United States, which partners with Mandela Washington Fellowship to encourage and inspire emerging leaders to address challenges in their own countries.
Since its founding in 2007, Axxess has grown rapidly with locations around the world, including Lagos, Nigeria. More than 9,000 organisations, serving more than three million patients are using its software and services to make care in the homes easy and lives better.
Olajide recently made a multi-million-dollar commitment to support an agriculture project in Ekiti State and he is an active investor in other sectors.
