Oxford University to host Cambridge mathematics events in Lagos

Oxford University Press has concluded arrangements to host two teacher-training events in Lagos, for teachers of Cambridge Maths IGCSE, AS and A Level on Monday, April 29 to Tuesday, April 30.

Oxford University Press has concluded arrangements to host two teacher-training events in Lagos, for teachers of Cambridge Maths IGCSE, AS and A Level on Monday, April 29 to Tuesday, April 30. The two-day event is in collaboration with SchoolstoreNG Limited, a schools supplier, distributor and online channel.

The event, according to the organisers, would encourage professional development, using its trainers’ knowledge of teacher needs and educational trends to help support the improvement of student outcomes.

Author and teacher trainer, James Nicholson, who has taught secondary mathematics for over 25 years, was a principal research fellow at Durham University.
