University pledges skill based integrated education system
The Pro-Chancellor, Skyline University Nigeria, Mr. Nitin Anand, yesterday, reiterated the university’s commitment to groom knowledge and skill based innovative education anchored on entrepreneurship.
Speaking at the maiden matriculation ceremony of 82 fresh intakes at the university’s mini campus in Kano, he said the university is fortified with world-class standard learning facilities, especially in science and technology, to produce job providers and not job seekers.
The Emir of Kano, Mohammadu Sanusi II, urged the university management to deliver qualitative and practical based education system and not paper qualification graduates.
In his message delivered by Ambassador Ahmad Umar, DanMaliki Kano, the Emir urged the newly admitted students to take advantage of the state of the art facility and quality human resources to build profound future careers.
The Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sudhakar Kota pleaded with the new intakes to abide by the university’s rules and operational guidelines. He said the university was found on good moral standard, honesty and socially responsible students, who will remain positive change agents globally.
