Green Gowns Different shades of green matched the red carpet at AMVCA 2015 to create a natural glow

EVER since designers like Oscar de la Renta and others launched their green collection, including green make-up, on the major international runways two years ago, the green revolution has caught on, with many fashion icons sporting this colour of hope and fertility with much oomph! And this green hue ruled the red carpet at the recently held Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVA) held in conjunction with Mutichoice in Lagos.

Apart from the basic black and other conventional shades for evening gowns, many celebs and guests broke the rule, daring to be different in their sexy green ensembles. What is more? They were also loudly professing the “proudly Nigerian” spirit by rocking this national colour to the high-octane ceremony.
