BEYOND top political positions in the National Assembly in the order of national precedence that have attracted attention lately, there are over 260 other posts within Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of government that will be available for grabs in the new Major-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) administration that will be inaugurated on 29 May, 2015.

Already, intense lobbying is ongoing as political jobbers devise techniques and strategies to push their curriculum vitae into the hands and files of influential leaders of All Progressives Congress (APC).

It is even gathered that a directive has been passed to the leadership of the party in all 774 local councils across the country to forward list of five nominees to the national secretariat of the party in Abuja for federal appointments.

Indeed, the homes of national leader of APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in Lagos and Abuja have turned to Mecca of sorts with a steady stream of people wanting to partake in the new dawn brought about by the change of government at the centre. Other notable APC leaders and their friends across the country are said to be under several pressure for jobs. The Guardian gathered that not even tenured offices such as CBN and constitutional bodies are spared by desperate job seekers.
