John Legend has added another award to his profile.

He achieved the EGOT status by winning the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony awards after carting the Outstanding Variety Special (Live) ) for his role on Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert at the 2018 Emmy Awards which held on September, 9.

With this, he not only becomes the youngest to win this, he joins Whoopi Goldberg as the only African-Americans to win all the four major entertainment awards.

Legend is also the first African-American male to win the four wards. Unlike Goldberg who took 17 years to achieve the feat, it took only 12 years, the second shortest duration, to win the awards.

Congrats to the super achiever
