International singer, Ariana Grande who recently called off her engagement and relationship with Pete Davidson appears to be trying to cover up any and all signs of him.

This includes hiding a tattoo dedicated to Pete which she got while their love was still going strong.

The award-winning Grande performed “The Wizard and I” yesterday, October 16th in New York City during a pre-taped segment for the upcoming NBC special dedicated to the Broadway musical, “Wicked.” Ariana has a “pete” tattoo on her ring finger, and you can see in this side-by-side below how she made sure to cover it up for any close-ups.

The special is set to air October 29, meaning the split will be more than two weeks old so hiding the tattoo now does make a lot of sense.

The “Wicked” performance is Grande’s first public appearance since the breakup while Davidson on his part canceled a comedy gig he was billed to headline at Temple University today. He didn’t give a reason for dropping out at the last minute.

Grande and Davidson’s split has been linked to the death of Grande’s ex, Mac Miller who died of a suspected overdose in September. Ariana has also announced that she is taking a break from the internet as well as music to take care of herself.
