The son of the woman whose leg was crushed by boys high on codeine has spoken out. The incident which happened Isaac Ogunlolu street, New Oko Oba in Lagos state has left the woman in pains at the Igbobi General Hospital, her son who identifies as OLAJESUYIMIKA @uncensoredIII.

According to him, she has been in the hospital since Saturday afternoon and he has left the matter in the hands of God.

“I know God will heal her and give her the recovery that she needs and I leave the guy to the hands of God”

Owing to these statements, Nigerians have said that the persons responsible for the act be brought to book:

Osariemen Obodoeke @tall_osa: Here. Here is the issue Nigerians have. We refuse to allow people face the law. Every thing is God. God. Like we humans are bereft of law making and justice. People do whatever they like because they know the average Nigerian will say leave it for God. Sigh.

Uranta Bridget @UrantaBridget: If you dont want them to dance to the tune, you can actually let them foot the medical bills and have them come see your mum at the hospital at least twice a week until she is discharged. It should teach them a lesson.

More Lights @Brytlight1: Could be mechanical fault… Finding codeine in their car shouldn’t mean an automatic condemnation. It’s possible they weren’t high. Also possible the driver of that car has never ever taken codeine.. Nobody cares anyway.. and punish dem, punish dem” is always our chant..

Olujitan GeneralTee @generalteenoni: Bro, my thoughts are with you. It is well with mom. God’s relief will be on her.

#Hope2019 @kikimordi: It is not vengeance it’s accountability.

IShoesToBeHappy @LapeBelle: I’m so sorry Bro. I’m at Igbobi. I run the Canteen. Let me know if you need food. Love and Light
