Chairman and CEO of Express Multi-Concepts Resources (EMR) Group, Omonike Fowowe, has expressed her commitment to empowering young Nigerians through her entrepreneurial journey, while revealing her intent to pursue a career in politics.

Fowowe made the disclosure while celebrating her birthday, noting that she had recently joined a political party and was eager to bring her passion for public service to a new arena.

“My entrepreneurial background, leadership skills, and commitment to making a difference will undoubtedly serve me well in this new endeavour,” she said.
The announcement marked a significant moment in Fowowe’s life, as she reflected on a remarkable journey that has seen her rise from humble beginnings to a position of influence. From founding six businesses before the age of 26 to building EMR Group—a diversified enterprise valued at over $2 million and employing more than 30 staff—Fowowe has become one of the top Nigerian entrepreneurs, both at home and in the United Arab Emirate (UAE).

EMR Group, established in 2011 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is lauded for its strong structure, clear division of labor, and transparency, supported by external auditors. Fowowe’s early successes, including her listing on the FLINX 30Under30 Real Estate Power List in Nigeria, have cemented her position as a market leader.

Beyond business, Fowowe’s humanitarian work is making waves through her NikeEMR Foundation, which advocates for social change. Her influence also extends online, where she commands a following of over two million across social media platforms.

An alumna of Redeemers University, Fowowe credits her educational background and entrepreneurial drive for shaping her achievements. Her leadership style, marked by a focus on empowering her workforce, has contributed significantly to her success.

As she celebrated her birthday, surrounded by family and colleagues, Fowowe reflected on her journey from a young entrepreneur to a major player in six key sectors of Nigeria’s economy.

“I’m proud of how far I have come, but I know there’s still more to do,” she said.

With her sights set on making an impact in politics, Fowowe continues to inspire as a role model for aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs alike.
