Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has slammed critics who call her offensive names on social media.

She said she’s fed up with people tagging her “olosho” and “prostitute” anytime they disagree with her opinions online.

The actress made the statement on Wednesday in a post shared on her X (formerly Twitter) handle.

According to her, many social media users no longer argue with sense and instead prefer to insult people, especially women, with harsh and dirty words.

In her words, “Name-calling like olosho, prostitute & the like is just so tiring to hear.

“Can’t you come up with more intelligent responses?

“Oh well, sense was in abundance, but that’s when you decided to walk away so that you would be bereft of brains. Dullards.”

Henshaw, 53, has been in the Nigerian film industry for nearly three decades and is widely respected for both her acting talent and strong social commentary. From politics to women’s rights, the “Stronger Than Pain” actress never holds back when it comes to speaking up.
