Dictionary.com Mocks Kylie Jenner’s Self-Made Status
Not to sound biased or anything, we promise but LOL!
It turns out that Kylie Jenner is now a billionaire and the youngest to ever do it (bam! right there in your face). Given the success of her beauty product, Kylie Cosmetics, the makeup company she runs largely from her iPhone, with the help of her mother, Kris, “Forbes” estimated that the cosmetics company, which is 100%-owned by Jenner, made $360m (£274m) in sales last year. As a result, it was only right that Forbes titled the report as At 21, Kylie Jenner Becomes The Youngest Self-Made Billionaire Ever.
Now, here is the thing, people have an issue not with her bank account but the use of the word “self-made.”
Kylie Jenner is proof that all you really need to succeed in life is inherit a few hundred million dollars and already have preexisting international fame from your parents and siblings, and then it’s possible to make something of yourself. Clearly an inspiration to us all.

The same people who think Kylie Jenner is self-made are the same people who think she’s all natural 🤦🏽♀️ #KylieJenner pic.twitter.com/j4r8vbVSZF

As the custodian of semantics, dictionary.com also has a problem with the word:
Haven’t we gone over this?
Self-made: Having succeeded in life unaided.https://t.co/g0ZHDSkVfu https://t.co/3O48zKsInN

Haters get a backseat now:
Kylie Jenner is a billionaire but everyone is mad at the headline or claiming she’s this or that. Guess what, she has a billion reasons why she doesn’t care about none of this nonsense. https://t.co/TD17z5FB7U

Whoever hating on @KylieJenner is either broke or miserable or both. This shit is inspiring 😭😭😭😭💯 https://t.co/6HnlEDLVGr

Or would you rather concern yourself with starving children
So #KylieJenner has enough money to pay the annual salaries of TWENTY THOUSAND school teachers.
And there are billionaires who have much more than she does.
In what universe does it make sense that there is such a thing as a BILLIONAIRE when children are starving?#Inequality
