Woman In “Fantasy Relationship” With Drake Claims He Raped Her

In the era of the #MeToo campaign, more women have spoken up about the emotional and mental damages they have experienced owing to rape incidents. While this has been a good development, there is also a downside to it: people are alleging that there are people who are using this campaign for exploitation.

Drake seems to be experiencing the downside as he is suing a woman who is in “a fantasy relationship” with him for claiming that he got her pregnant.

According to the suit obtained by TMZ, he met the girl Layla Lace in Manchester during his Boy Meets World Tour in 2017 after which they had consensual sex.

She, however, got angry when refused to take her on tour with him and instead, sent her home. After she continued to send his messages of how she missed him, he cut her off because he didn’t have the “time or energy to respond”.

In April, she went on Instagram and claimed she had gotten pregnant and repeated same on radio.

He claims that he requested for the paternity test which she refused to do but insisted that he pay her millions of dollars in exchange for keeping silent.

But he obviously does not want that and is suing her for “civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation, and abuse of process”.
