THE Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Majinfotek Nigeria and Overseas, Adedoyin Oyinkansola, has called on Nigerians to watch out for desperate elements aiming to take advantage of them.
Oyinkansola made the call at the weekend in Lagos during a special training programme for a group of security operatives.
According to her, the present economic downturn has thrown up a lot security challenges created by persons, who, in desperation to survive or maintain false lifestyle, kill, maim, kidnap, steal, rape, disrupt societal peace and commit other deadly acts against the people.
She maintained that schools and religious places of worship ought to be given more attention, especially now that schools have resumed.
She urged schools, through the Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs) to collaborate on security.
Chairman, Majinfotek Nigeria, Chief Idris-Shonuga Oluwasheun, noted that investment in technology is critical to combating insecurity in the country, especially terrorism, kidnapping, armed robbery, vandalism, among others, pointing out terrorism has become a big threat to many countries.
