Dynasty Foundation hosts 800+ for Ramadan Iftar, food drive in Isara-Remo

Over 800 residents of the Isara-Remo community gathered at Afotamadi Town Hall for the 2025 Special Ramadan Iftar and Food Drive organised by the Daramola Dynasty Foundation in collaboration with the Remo Muslim Community.

The event, part of the Foundation’s ongoing outreach initiatives, aimed to support families and individuals during the holy month of Ramadan. Attendees included elders, families, and vulnerable groups from across the local government area, all of whom were provided with free meals, prayer sessions, and moments for spiritual reflection.

Founder of the Foundation, Engineer Ola Daramola, received commendation from community members for his consistent commitment to social development and welfare efforts across Ogun State. His Foundation has been involved in various programmes addressing hunger, promoting education, and creating inclusive opportunities.

“This Iftar is more than just a meal, it’s a reminder that we’re not alone,” said one beneficiary. “Daramola Dynasty Foundation always steps in when it matters most.”

The evening featured a short lecture on the importance of humility and sincerity in service, aligning with the Foundation’s mission to foster compassion and solidarity within communities. The event concluded with communal prayers and shared meals, reinforcing the core values of Ramadan—generosity, gratitude, and unity.

The 2025 Iftar forms part of the Daramola Dynasty Foundation’s broader efforts to address food insecurity and promote social cohesion, especially in underserved areas.
