Ganduje returns former NBA chair as commissioner for justice
Immediate past Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Kano state chapter, Lawan Musa has been deployed to Ministry of Justice as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
In a minor cabinet Reshuffle effected by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje Wednesday, also directed Mahmud Muhammad Dansantsi, from the ministry of Commerce to Housing and Transport.
The new Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Lawan was deployed from Housing and Transport.
In a statement signed by Abba Anwar, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor indicated that the newly appointed Commissioner, Idris Garba Unguwar Rimi is posted to Ministry of Works and Infrastructure as Commissioner.
Meanwhile, the former Attorney General, Barrister Ibrahim Mukhtar has been moved to the Ministry of Commerce, and Industries.
According to the statement, Ganduje urged the news public office holders to remain committed to policy drive of the APC government and resolute to deliver credibly to the overall development of the state.
While administering the new appointees with the oath of office, immediately after the weekly executive council meeting held together, Ganduje urged all the commissioner to continue observing COVID-19 protocols as enunciated by health professionals.
