Group to showcase Nigeria’s mining sector prospects in London
Poised to support the Federal Government’s economic diversification agenda, the International Strategic Alliance Committee (ISAC) in collaboration with the Nigeria High Commission, United Kingdom are set to host a two-day summit to showcase opportunities in Nigeria’s mining sector in London.
ISAC is a group of Nigerian professionals in Diaspora with a passion to promote excellent business opportunities for economic growth, corporate responsibility and the development of a new level of leadership.
The two-day summit is slated for Monday, April 4 to Tuesday, April 5 at Queen Elizabeth conference Centre, Westminster, London with the theme, ‘Nigerian Mining and Agriculture.
The Director, ISAC Events, Olawale Adenugba, said the aim of the summit was to create an avenue were individuals; government representatives and Nigerian companies within the mining and agriculture sector can solicit for fund as well as joint venture partnership with technical partners and interested investors within the sectors.
The summit, according to him, would host national and international delegates including; Vice President, Professor Yemi Osibajo, CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, Minister of Mines and Steel, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, Minister of Agriculture, Audu Ogbeh, Governor of Samaria Regional Council, Yosi Dagan among others from United States and United Nations.
