How we improved performance, by commission boss
REJECTING criticisms bordering on integrity in the operations of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), its Chairman, Deaconess Joan Ayo said yesterday that all operations under her leadership improved tremendously since assuming office in 2012.
The FCSC Chairman made this declaration yesterday in Abuja when she received in audience from the Centre For Ethics and Value Orientation (a non governmental organization) that came to give her an award for excellence; for redefining the operations of the federal civil service.
Ayo said that unlike before, applicants from poor homes can now get employment without regards to whether they are from the rich and influential people in the society, adding that promotions are now conducted in transparent manners, a feat she noted has now made it possible for people to be promoted based on performances.
