Koboko Master, a renowned Nigerian stand-up comedian, is set to host the highly anticipated 2025 edition of his comedy show in Abuja, titled “In Da Beginning.” The event, scheduled for June 15, 2025, will take place at the Congress Hall of the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, a venue known for hosting prestigious events.

Koboko Master, known for his dynamic performances, has built a solid reputation over the years. He has previously co-hosted the Comedy Bloodline show since 2017 alongside MC Edo Pikin, another prominent comedian. Now, he returns with a single headline event, promising a star-studded lineup of entertainers.

The organisers have assured attendees that this year’s event will see significant upgrades in both the entertainment value and the quality of comedians taking the stage. The show will feature top-rated comedians from within the country, offering an exciting lineup that promises to entertain audiences.

Ticket prices for the event are set between N5,000 for regular seats and N5 million for the supreme package. Koboko Master has previously performed at major comedy shows, alongside industry heavyweights such as Ali Baba, Basket Mouth, Okey Bakassi, and AY. He has also participated in their tours, both within Nigeria and internationally.

Having been in the industry for over a decade, Koboko Master has solidified his place as one of Nigeria’s leading comedians. Last year, he became the first Abuja-based comedian to attract an international artist from Uganda, Patrick Salvador, for his event. He was the third comedian in the country to host Salvador after Basket Mouth and AY.
