Mayor of Morrisville and top business executives attend Emmanuel Smart’s book event in North Carolina.
Multi award winning management consultant, Emmanuel Smart held his Make What Customers Want Book Event in Durham, North Carolina. The event took place at First Flight Venture Center, Durham on Wednesday, May 10th 2023. The event is the product of a partnership between Stralution LLC and Rotary Club Of The Research Triangle Park (a Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics – STEM, rotary club).
Key attendees at the event include TJ Cawley, Mayor of Morrisville, All-America City, the number one (1) place to live in NC and number five (5) in America (Fortune Magazine) , Emil Runge, Director of Programs, First Flight Venture Center, Inc. and the club president, president elect, some board members, business leaders and top executives.
Previously, Emmanuel Smart had held the event in Lagos (Nigeria), Nairobi (Kenya) and Dubai (United Arab Emirates). The event focused on the message of the book – why business leaders need to ignore all the noise and focus on creating global products that customers love. Emmanuel led the team that created and launched Africa’s fastest selling cookie snack “Nibit Mini Snacks” from 2018 to 2019. He has helped several businesses find their voice a very noisy business environment. According to the certified management consultant and product development expert, customers will joyfully reward companies that spend time to research what customers want while they constantly reject companies that don’t make products customers love.
Make What Customers Want has sold over thirty thousand copies. The book was published by WORITAL, an award winning publishing firm in Lagos. Emmanuel who was recently made an honorary member of Rotary Club of Plano West noted that the book is one of his biggest gifts to the business world because buried within the pages of the book are key secrets of product success in an uncertain, chaotic and competitive business world.
