‘Nigeria lacks selfless leaders’

The greatest challenge facing Nigeria today is the dearth of selfless and visionary leadership.

This was the view of the Managing Partner of Pizzazz Properties, Obi Augustine Jeremiah, during the recent launch of his book, The Burden Of Leadership in Lagos. “Nigeria lacks committed and selfless leaders. Lack of God-fearing leaders and corruption is responsible for leadership crisis in Nigeria. Our leaders don’t have the fear of God and corruption has eaten deep into the fabric of the nation.”

Obi advised leaders to fear God and parents to groom their children for leadership as every leader is raised from the home.

The book offers practical solutions to everyday life and leadership problems as the author directed his attention to the general readership and the leaders in Africa.
