WEMABOD Estates Ltd., a subsidiary of Odu’a Investment Company Ltd, recently held an interactive session with its tenants from Investment House on Broad Street, Lagos.

While welcoming the guests, the Managing Director/CEO of Wemabod Estates Limited, Mr. Olumide Ologun, stated that the parley was a platform to get tenants close to their landlord as well as strategizing for a better working relationship.

   According to him, he was highly encouraged at the large turn out of the tenants; a scenario, which he said, was a demonstration of their love for the company.

Speaking further, Ologun thanked them for being very good tenants as he stressed that the Tenants Committee of the property was really keeping a good house, which he observed was a product of good neighbourliness.

   He also appreciated them for using the property well and for their prompt calls on the company whenever there was a need to carry out repair works within and outside the structure. 

   He further reminded them that ‘paying your rents in advance is the rule’ and that’s what keeps us in business.

   While thanking the Wemabod MD for the warm reception, chairman of the Tenants Committee, Barrister Bamidele Adeleye, catalogued a number of requests, which the MD assured shall be looked into.
