Ministry advocates godly living among youths
The New Glory of God Deliverance Ministry has advocated the need for children and youths to live godly lives to enable them escape the dangers in society.
Coordinator of the ministry, Mrs. Pretty Ogbonna, gave this advice yesterday, while celebrating this year’s Children’s Day.
Her words: “We are using today to preach and remember Leah Sharibu who has been in Boko Haram captivity that God Almighty should deliver her because she refused to deny Jesus Christ.
“The children are using today to pray for her that wherever she is, God should remember her.”She also advised parents to train their children in a good way and not to leave them entirely to house helps so that they would not be molested, kidnaped and made to suffer all kinds of evil.
Chairperson of the occasion, Mrs. Augustine Ijeoma, charged children to honour God and obey their parents always, adding: When you honour God, He will honour you. We parents need wisdom so we can apply it in training our children so that they don’t go astray.
