Okowa Tasks DESOPADEC On Prudent Management Of Resources

DELTA State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa yesterday in Asaba inaugurated a 14-man Governing Board for the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), pledging to ensure prudent management of resources for the benefits of people of the state.

The Board is constituted by Godwin Ebosa as Chairman; William Makinde, the Managing Director; Askia Ogieh, Executive Director; Chris Ochor Ochor, Executive Director;Philip Gbasin, Executive Director and Oristetimeyin Wood Executive Director.

Others are the representatives of the oil producing areas, namely Amos Itiwhe, Pius Ovbije, Jonathan Amitaye, Ovie Oghoore, Thomas Ereyitomi, Nnamdi Ezechi, Fidelis Oputa and Favour Izoukumor.
