
In an effort to reposition the company, the Management and Board of Directors of Primewaterview Limited, a foremost real estate company based in Lagos, has appointed Mrs Morola Olabisi Babalola, as the new Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, GMD/CEO of the company. The appointment which takes effect from December 21, 2015, follows the resignation of the erstwhile GMD/CEO of the company, Mr. Adetunji Ogunwusi.
A graduate of economics and a Masters Degree holder from Olabisi Onabanjo University and the University of Lagos respectively, Mrs. Babalola is an astute professional with over 15 years’ cognate experience in major areas of real estate development and facility management. She is also an associate member of IFMA with particular interest in workplace Evolutionaries.
She has occupied various top management positions within the Primewaterview Group having served as a General Manager for many years within the real estate portfolios worth billions of Naira. She has represented the interest of the Group at various capacities. Her expertise in turnaround management and negotiation are exemplary and well documented within the Group and the industry as a whole.
Primewaterview was incorporated in 2005 with the mission of developing real estate solution to ease the real estate infrastructure deficit being experienced all over the country. The company’s foray into the development of luxury residential apartments dates back to 2006 when it developed a 5-bedroom detached house for a client which then became a prototype that attracted many others.
Ten years on, the company has delivered close to 1,000 units of residential apartments and houses. Its most recent feat being it’s Primewaterview Gardens 2 Estate in Lekki, Lagos, which is home to 348 families.
