The Senior Legislative Aide to the Senate President of Nigeria, Hon Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa has expressed profound joy and gratitude to the President, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR for signing into law three bills sponsored by Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, establishing the Federal College of Education, Bende, Abia State, Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Item Bende, Abia State, and Federal University Okigwe, Imo State.
