To improve access to its products and services, Simba Group, promoter of integrated power management systems has unveiled its network of service centres across tier-II cities in Nigeria.

The company, which represents brands such as Luminous, Genus, Epsilon and Exicom, distributes and services power backup products such as inverters, batteries, online UPS and integrated power management systems.

Managing Director of Simba, Vinay Grover, said, “We have always believed that a good quality product means very little unless it is supported by a high level of service before, during and after the sales process.

“It is with this in mind that we recently launched our one-of-a-kind 24/7 nationwide contact center and exclusive customer service online portal. As more and more customers turn to our award-winning customer care offering, it becomes important that we bring these services closer to them. It is with this in mind that we committed to extending our service through the creation of new Authorized Centers, which I’m happy to announce are fully operational now.”
