President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Tuesday, departed Lagos for the federal capital, Abuja, after observing the Eid al-Adha holiday in the commercial hub.

The President arrived in Lagos on 27 May for the 50th anniversary celebrations of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and concluded his extended stay on Tuesday.

A video posted on social media by Dada Olusegun, the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, showed Tinubu accompanied by Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu en route to the airport.
