Total trains youths on entrepreneurship 


Total ESP Nigeria Limited has trained 27 youths on paint manufacturing, inverter and solar systems production and installation, agriculture, web design and PC hardware installation, catering, hospitality and crafts under its youth empowerment, capacity building and skills acquisition programme.

General Manager, CSR, Total Upstream Companies in Nigeria, Engineer Vincent Nnadi, who disclosed this at the graduation ceremony of the Business Sustenance for New Entrepreneurs Programme sponsored by the company, in Abuja, said the training was organised by Total and facilitated by Toncia Consulting and Energy Services with the aim to improve staying power and resilience of new entrepreneurs.  

He explained that the integrated training was to make the beneficiaries more self-reliant, better developed in self advocacy and ability to communicate their ideas and become team players.
