A Nigerian Telecommunication Company, Globacom, has felicitated with the Muslim Ummah in Nigeria on the celebration of Eid-el-Fitri. In a goodwill message released in Lagos, Globacom charged Muslims to uphold the virtues of Ramadan and eschew all the vices that were jettisoned during the fasting period.

“Please continue to embody the values of godliness, charity, good neighbourliness, contentment, and righteousness as Ramadan teaches,” the statement emphasised.

In addition, the telecommunications giant enjoined Muslims to savour the joy of Eid-el-Fitri, praying that Almighty Allah grants their supplications for peace, progress and development of the nation.

“We call on you to imbibe the tenets of Islam fully as taught by Prophet Mohammed,” the company added.
It further reiterated the importance of promoting the fear of God, piety, peace and harmony among Nigerians, regardless of tribe or political affiliation.

Globacom urged its subscribers to enjoy its rich bouquet of services by connecting with friends, family, and loved ones during Eid-el-Fitri and beyond, assuring them of its commitment to always provide reliable and affordable voice and data services.
