More than 10 killed in Carnival accident in Haiti

THE Haitian government said more than 10 people riding on a float in a Carnival parade died Tuesday of electrocution from a high-voltage cable. Another 40 or so were injured in the accident in Port-au-Prince, Communications Minister Rotchild Francois said in a statement.
