A ONE day training on valuation reporting standards is being put to together by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESVs), Lagos Chapter, this Wednesday in Lagos, at the Event Centre plot 1 Block B Hakeem Balogun Street, off Cadbury Agidingbi Road, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja.

  The training, according to the chapter’s Public Relations Officer, Mr. Lekan Akinwumi, became necessary to equip its members to be ahead of economic challenges, in relation to valuation exercise.

   “The one day training will be focusing on Valuation Reporting Standards in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and International Valuation Standard Council (IVSC) will consider sub themes including, the business of modern valuation reporting to be jointly delivered by Messrs Agbato Samson and Ojo Temitope.

  Mr. Jimmy Olayinka Omotosho, an expert, is expected to talk on compliance with IFRS and IVSC standards in valuation reporting.
