Given the cosmopolitan bent of his parents, Chief Henry and Lolo Malinda Madumere, Port-Harcourt in present day Rivers State was the birth place of the young Madumere, being the third among seven children of his parents. He had his early education in schools in Owerri and Lagos.

As a young man, he displayed unquenchable thirst for knowledge through learning. This led him at a very young age to leave the shores of the country to the United States of America to further his education.

He bagged degrees from the prestigious, San – Jacinto College, University of Houston and has an MBA in-view from Texas Southern University, (Jesse Jones School of Business). He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Administrators (NICA).
