SIR Samuel Ndubisi Okafor (SALOK), aged 57, businessman and community leader and Knight of St Christopher, is dead.
His burial rites will begin on Friday, January 30, 2015, at 10am with a funeral service at his country home at Etiti-nabo Village, Ezihu, Igbo–Ugwu, Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra State.
On Saturday, January 31, there will condolence visits by in-laws, while an outing service will hold on Sunday, February 1, at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Igbo-Ukwu.
He is survived by his wife, children and relations.
