Fast rising Nigerian rapper and comedian, Folarin Falana popularly known as Falz the Bad Guy has joined the likes of Olamide, Ruggedman, 2Shotz, Genevieve and other entertainers who have fashion/clothing lines.

     The singer who recently announced the winner of his #ElloBae contest is partnering with Jay Osbie, an online brand and retailer for fashion-forward men to produce, coordinate and deliver the sales of his new t-shirt line.

     Falz who is a lawyer by profession decided to go into music. His graphic shirts have names of his popular songs on them such as Marry Me and Ello Bae. The rapper who dropped his debut album, Whazzup Guy in June 2014, and favourably received by fans made a name for himself on Instagram with his hilarious ‘ello bae’ comedy skits that has doubled his followers and gained him popularity. The album scored the major hit with ‘Marry Me’ featuring Yemi Alade, Poe.

     The rapper cum comedian has also revealed the reason behind his funny, illiterate Yoruba alter ego that he channels whenever he is making songs or is in public. In an interview with TW Magazine, Falz said the funny personality has helped him rise considerably within the last one year, and attributed the reason behind creating the funny character to his being shy.
