THE League Management Company (LMC) has endorsed the Kwara Stadium to host Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Officials of the LMC, led by Ibrahim Danbatta, Saturday declared that the facilities at the stadium are of modern and international standard.

“The Kwara Stadium is a good sporting edifice, we have gone round and we are impressed by what we have seen. The playing pitch, spectators’ seating arrangement and a number of places impressed us.

“It is a safe assumption to say the stadium is ready to host league matches, though there are few things that still need to be done,” Danbatta said.

He said the LMC is working hard to ensure that all the stadia to be used for Premier League matches are of standard.

The team was conducted round the facilities by the stadium manager, Mr Wale Babalola and the state Football Association secretary, Mr Jimoh Oke.

Others at the inspection are Kwara United and Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) General Managers, Alhj. Haruna Maigidansanma and Alloy Chukwuemeka.
