MatchRoom announced the deal on its Twitter feed after both parties signed the contract papers in Ilorin on Monday.
“We’re proud to be associated with Kwara United, which is one of Nigeria’s most historic teams.
“Although the deal takes effect from the new season, OWU will kit Kwara United during the Nigeria National League Super Four play-off.
“We strongly believe that our high-performance product line of apparel and accessories fits perfectly with the club’s aspirations to be the best in Nigeria and return to continental football,” CEO of OWU Sportswear, Tunji Brown told supersport.com.
With the new deal, OWU will provide sporting goods for Kwara United, including kits and training jerseys during the 2014/15 season.
