ALL is now set for the bi-annual inter-house sport competition of the Superkids School, Oyewole Road, Agege, which holds Wednesday at the National Youth Service Corps Camp. Iyana Ipaja. The sports day of Superkids affiliate school, King’s Seed High School, will also hold today at the same venue.

Pupils and students of both schools will compete in various sporting events, especially athletics, and according to the School Head, Mrs. Titilayo Olufemi, the event would be very colourful and highly competitive based on what she saw at the heats.

“The heat event was very explosive and with that I expect that the final proper will be very hot and interesting. We have also added lots of events to add colour to the day.

“We also have attractive prizes for the winners in all the categories. Our target is to make the competition bigger with every edition and I can confirm this one would be bigger than that of 2013,” Olufemi said.

Four teams in the primary school, and an equal number of teams in the secondary school, will jostle for honours at the one-day event, which the sport coordinator of both institutions, Adeoye Abiodun, believes will excite everyone in attendance at the NYSC Camp venue.

Four houses, including Cedar, Olive, Palm and Vine Houses are expected to compete for honours at the event.
