The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries has given for free50 tricycles (known as Keke NAPEP) and 30 sewing machines to some members of the church and non-members too, as a way of empowering themto fend for themselves, come out of poverty and contribute to their communities.

The church also gave out 1000 bags of rice and 2000 copies of the Holy Bibles tomembers and non-members that came for the Easter retreat programme held at the church’s headquarters in Ijesha, Lagos. Apart from the items, it also distributed cooked rice to people around.

Pastor Muoka, who personally handed the items over to their beneficiaries said, he was led by the Spirit of God to do so, at this time of the nation, when the economy is down and many people are unemployed and without means of livelihood, adding that the gesture will be a continuous exercise.

Earlier in his sermon titled: “God’s Covenant Of Peace And Blessings” Muoka urged the members to enter into a covenant with God, who has solution to all human needs, saying the Lord is always with those who have made up their minds to turn away from all evil, and to maintain righteousness.

He said: “Despite, the Keke, sewing machines, food, rice, Bibles and others that we are sharing today, what matters most is having the spirit of God and maintaining righteousness. If God be for you, you don’t need to struggle for anything. Naturally, heaven will supply all your needs and supplies from above can never finish.

“If you have the spirit of God, you can give life, money and other items; you can command money to come your way and without doubt it will happen. What matters, is the spiritual things, and the assurance I am giving you is that you are going home with spiritual blessings. As from today, you shall be a blessing to your family, a blessing to your communities, a blessing to the world and to yourself. Everything about you shall turn around for good and as you open your mouth to speak heaven will give you attention,” he said.

Muoka stressed that those who are outside the covenant of God are exposed to danger because devil will ravage their lives.

“After today, you will know that God is amid The Chosen people. I don’t know those who are mocking you, after today, they will look at you with respect because God will take away the reproach and whatsoever is causing problem in your life. I am assuring you, God is here. The Lord’s Chosen is a different place of worship. Do I need to tell you that God is here? I don’t need to say it because you can see how God has demonstrated His powers and gave sight to the blind, made the lame walk, dumb to speak and other impossible things.

“I want to encourage you because continuation brings freedom, remain with us and amend your ways. I am assuring you God will perfect everything that concerns you. Don’t look back. The Lord’s Chosen is a blessing to all because you can see that God is blessing everyone since the programme started on Saturday without exception and as long as you open your heart to him in this programme there shall be total freedom for everyone and you shall be a blessing to your family, to the nation and to the world. Amend your broken relationship with God and his covenant of peace and blessings shall be yours,” he said.
