Total E&P Nigeria Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Victor Bandele as Executive Director, Joint Ventures District, and Mr. Patrick Olinma as Executive Director, Oil & Gas Commercial, with effect from September 1, 2015.
Mr. Bandele joined then Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited (now Total E&P Nigeria, TEPNG) as a trainee reservoir engineer in 1993. According to a statement signed by the Deputy General Manager, Media and Public Affairs, Mr. Charles Ogan, Bandele has held important positions in operations, projects and management within Nigeria and overseas, including serving as GSR Manager for Akpo Field which was the first deepwater development project executed by Total in Nigeria.
‎Mr. Olinma, on the other hand, joined then Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited (now TEPNG) as legal counsel in 1996.
According to the statement, he has performed various roles as lead counsel in negotiation of various petroleum sharing contracts and joint venture oil and gas agreements from 2001 to 2003.
