Systemspecs drives cash-less policy with e-collection initiative
SYSTEMSPECS, a Nigeria-based Information and Communications Technology firm, has introduced e-collection module to boost the Central Bank of Nigeria’s cash-less policy drive.
Basically, e-collections is a multi-channel funds collection platform that supports all types of Biller organisations such as educational institutions, insurance companies, e-commerce sites, utility companies, clubs and associations, religious organisations, Government agencies, local and state governments among others in collecting payments, charges, fees among, due from their customers.
Speaking during the weekend in Lagos, Managing Director of Systemspecs, John Obaro said that the payment system through Remita, a multibank e-payment platform allows e-payment, e-collections, e-payroll and e-schedule solution developed locally.
According to him, the development is part of the firm’s efforts to ease payment processes for corporate organisations and individual members that make payment regularly.
He noted that the platform is expected to improve administrative and operational efficiency of the council through electronic invoicing of individual and corporate members, streamlining collection of fees and dues through multiple channels.
