The case is linked to a road crash that occurred on December 29, 2025, along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. <\/p>\n<p>Reports say the accident was caused by excessive speed and wrongful overtaking.<br \/>\nThe prosecution charged Kayode on four counts, including dangerous driving causing death, reckless and negligent driving, driving without due care and attention, and driving without a valid national driver\u2019s licence.
