THE General Overseer of Christ Chosen Deliverance Church Irri, Isoko South Local Council of Delta State, Apostle M.T.O. Oki has further sued for peaceful co-existence between Christians and Muslims, just as he led the congregation to pray against prevailing insurgency occasioned by resurgent attacks by the Boko Haram Islamic sect.

The cleric who decried the resent transfer of Boko Haram detainees to Ekwuluobia community of Anambra State in the South East region of the country, urged Christians to be vigilant and prayerful as the act spells danger to the area and the entire South South geo-political due to the dreadful nature of the insurgents.

He however, sought God’s wisdom for President Mohamadu Buhari in overcoming the recent wave of killings in the country, emphasizing that through constant prayers, God would prevail.

In a message titled “ We are the Light of the World,” Apostle Oki admonished Christians to keep their light shinning so darkness could be overcome, noting that Christians are the light of the world and as such, they should lead by example, especially at these trying times.
