Two people were shot dead and three were injured at a party hosted by Grammy-winning rapper Drake at a downtown Toronto nightclub early Tuesday, police said.
The shooting started in the Muzik Nightclub and spilled out onto the street.
Police said in Twitter messages that a man and woman were killed and three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
It was not immediately clear if Drake, who earned a Grammy in 2013 for his second studio album Take Care, was at the party, which closed his annual Ovo music festival.
