Ayo Vincent

Gospel artiste, worship leader, songwriter, and music director, Ayo Vincent, has released her highly anticipated extended play (EP) titled, ‘Supernatural.’

This six-track project showcases Vincent’s remarkable talent and marks her official entry into the flourishing Afrogospel scene, fusing traditional praise worship

with the globally acclaimed Afrobeats sound.

Supernatural, is a musical masterpiece that delivers a powerful message of the gospel through various genres, including Afrogospel.

Vincent draws her inspiration from the Gospel of God’s grace, highlighting that grace not only saves but also sustains us. The EP emphasises our supernatural identity, rooted in the indwelling of God’s spirit, making us immortal.

She reminds us that everything we are and possess is owed to God, and this message resonates throughout the EP’s tracks.

Featuring two previously released tracks, the melodious worship song ‘Naraekele’ and the upbeat afro praise anthem ‘Aterere,’ both of which topped the trending gospel songs charts on Audiomack, Supernatural presents four new captivating tracks.

The EP includes the cross-genre hip-hop-infused track ‘Microphone Check,’ pop-rock-inspired ‘Immortal,’ soul-stirring ballad title track ‘Supernatural,’ and ‘Your Grace,’ a collaborative effort with afro gospel sensation, Greatman Takit.

Additionally, Vincent has partnered with the Director, Akin Alabi, to create a period-inspired music video for ‘Your Grace,’ which will be released simultaneously with the EP.

When asked about her forthcoming EP, Vincent stated: “The major inspiration for this project is the gospel of God’s grace. Grace saved us and now sustains us. We are supernatural; we are immortal by virtue of God’s spirit who lives in us. All that we are and have, we owe to God.”

As a gospel artiste, Vincent cherishes the opportunity to reach millions of people worldwide with the gospel through her art. She expressed her gratitude, saying, “Having the opportunity to reach millions around the world with the gospel through my art from where I am is the best part of being a gospel artiste.”

Reflecting on the highpoints of her career so far, Vincent shared, “Whether it’s 10, 100, or a million people touched, blessed, saved, or healed by listening to me, I count it a high point. Waking up to the news that one of the tracks titled ‘Abum Onyemmeri’ from my debut album ‘I Am Yours’ made it to No. 1 on iTunes in Uganda, not just on the gospel charts but all genres last month, was also a high point.”
